Board of Directors

The Board of Directors governs UEBT and gives strategic direction to the Secretariat in support of its mission and vision. It is comprised of various stakeholders, including private sector member representatives from different geographical locations and stages of the supply chain. In addition, no less than one-third of the Board is made up of independent representatives from different types of non-profit associations.
