Governance

UEBT - Sourcing with Respect is an international nonprofit created in 2007 in Switzerland.

We provide a platform for companies along botanical supply chains and are governed through inclusive and multi-stakeholder processes.

Our Board of Directors includes representatives from companies engaged formally in our platform, and no less than one-third of the Board is made up of independent representatives from different types of civil society organisations that bring a wealth of perspectives, experience and expertise.
