UEBT conference and communications internship
Description of internship project :
UEBT organises the annual “Sourcing with Respect” Conference which is the main event for the ethical sourcing community and a gathering point for all UEBT members. In 2024, the conference will take place in Amsterdam over two days on 8-9 October.
The conference will bring together 200 business leaders from UEBT member companies across the beauty, fragrance, food, and natural pharmaceuticals sectors to discuss sourcing with respect for people and biodiversity. Some recording or live stream may be available for those that could not travel.
This internship project involves two components:
a main component of logistics and communications support for the conference;
a secondary component of research on public information from brands and multinational companies on their commitments and actions on responsible sourcing, and/or biodiversity related commitments, that will feed into a public facing report delivered at the conference.
UEBT works with companies on their sourcing of botanical ingredients in ways that respect nature and communities. Companies working with UEBT commit to sourcing with respect and to gradual improvement. Learn more about us at www.uebt.org
