UEBT has become the global voice on ABS. In 2019 UEBT guided and verified compliance with ABS good practices embedded in the Ethical BioTrade Standard. We continued to provide a wide range of training and advisory services to help companies comply with regulations. Our popular ABS Exchange at the UEBT Conference in Paris in May brought together companies with more than 50 government representatives working in regulatory affairs, with several of the official focal points for ABS present in the room for a deep discussion on a wide range of ABS issues.
